Babies & Bagels - FREE monthly social gatherings
Babies and Bagels is a monthly series for moms and their babies ages newborn through 12 months. Each session has a little education, some bagels, and then time to make new friends and bond with other parents. Bring your baby, boppy, blanket, bottle or booby - whatever you need to be comfortable! There is no charge, but an RSVP is requested. All sessions take place at 11 am at the J. The facts and myths about breastfeeding. Join us to learn about common myths and facts about breastfeeding, solutions for common challenges, and when to seek professional help.
Mondays - 10 am (Melissa in Yad b'Yad)
Studies show that infants as young as a couple of months old are fascinated by surprises and have a natural curiosity to figure out what causes unexpected reactions. This class is designed to encourage you and your child to explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) materials and concepts together and use surprising provocations as a springboard to investigation. From block play, to rolling and ramps, to exploring colors and shapes, this class will engage you and your baby in the early stages of experimentation.

Fridays - 10 am (Melissa in Yad b'Yad)
This music class is the perfect way to engage with your child. Our experienced teacher uses live music and musical instruments to engage the parents and children. This course was designed using research to create learning experiences that enhance your child's brain development, as well as help develop their motor skills. Join us for an exciting class of music, instruments, movement, and more! And as an added bonus at the end of the class, you'll have a small set of musical instruments and a whole new set of songs to use at home with your child.
Meets 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2
+ $25 for instruments which the kids keep at the end of class.
Parent & Baby Yoga
Sundays - 10 am (Kelly in Mind Body Studio)
Take an hour for your child and yourself and join a group of parents and our instructor for this fun-filled yoga class. Experience the calm of the Mind-Body Studio as we focus on relaxation and self-control. Grow with your child through playful opportunities to build their confidence and self-esteem. Let the tension and stress of the week melt away as you focus on building a relationship on inner strength and peace with yourself and your baby. From breathing and visualization to stretching, posture, and more our class has everything you need to relax, rejuvenate, and bond with your baby.

Moms on the Move
Calling all moms and moms-to-be to join us in a pre/post natal fitness program.
Due date: 2018.
These unique exercise classes are designed for moms and moms-to-be at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. They include a mixture of yoga postures and breathing techniques focused on helping your body build and maintain strength for childbirth and beyond.
Can't find child care during these times? We encourage you to bring your children (ages four weeks to two years) to the classes and include them as part of your workout!
J members pay $10/class.

- Create and recover pelvic floor strength while simultaneously developing the deep abdominal muscles
- Improve and maintain functional mobility and strength
- Strengthen and develop posture
- Relieve back pain
- Improve overall emotional health
Participating in an exercise program helps expectant mothers make the most of the bodies' ability to work, rest, play, and recover from pregnancy.
This program is designed to manage common occurrences associated with pregnancy and assist expectant mothers in preparing for childbirth.
