Pre/Post Natal Fitness Programs
Moms on the Move
Calling all moms and moms-to-be to join us in a pre/post natal fitness program. Classes are ongoing and you can join at anytime! Enjoy a combination of classes; drop-ins are welcome.
Prenatal Yoga - Mondays @ 7:15 pm
A mixture of yoga postures and breathing techniques taught to women at all stages of pregnancy to help prepare for childbirth. Open to all levels of yoga experience, as well as moms-to-be at all stages of pregnancy.
Baby & Me Water Yoga - Thursdays @ 12 pm
This class is appropriate for moms with children ages 4 weeks to 18 months. Children must wear reusable swim diapers with elastic around the waist and legs.
J members pay $10/class.
