ADULT SWIM CLASSES AND PROGRAMS

Private Adult Aqua Training
These 30-minute personalized training sessions work around your interests in the water. If you want to learn how to properly lap swim, then we develop a training session involving breathing techniques, endurance and stroke development. If you are a beginner swimmer, we help you become comfortable with the water and work on developing a working understanding of the basic swim strokes.

These classes are scheduled weekly, in the mornings or evenings Monday – Friday, or Sundays.

Semi-Private Swimming Lessons
These 30-minute personalized training sessions work around your interests in the water with up to two participants. If you want to learn how to properly lap swim, then we develop a training session involving breathing techniques, endurance and stroke development. If you are a beginner swimmer, we help you become comfortable with the water and work on developing a working understanding of the basic swim strokes.

These classes are scheduled weekly, in the mornings or evenings Monday – Friday, or Sundays.

The J Masters Swim Program

Ages: 18 Years and Older

On-going
Sundays                        8:00-9:00 am
Tuesdays, Thursdays    6:00-7:00 am

Join Chris MacCurdy, ASCA Certified Swim Coach and USA Triathlon Certified Coach, for a wonderful start to your day. Chris guides you through a swimming workout that ­develops the skills you need to swim smoother, farther and faster.
