Mondays, Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am
This is a deep water aqua class. A challenging self-paced deep water workout that provides strength, flexibility and cardiovascular benefits. Participants use aqua joggers to maximize their deep water workout. (Students should feel comfortable in deep water.)
Advanced Aqua Deep
Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am
A more challenging deep water aqua class involving heavy movement. A self-paced deep water workout that provides strength, flexibility and cardiovascular benefits. Participants use aqua joggers to maximize their deep water workout. (Students should feel comfortable in deep water.)
Sundays 9:30-10:30 am
Non-swimmers enjoy this low impact workout that uses water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance while decreasing stress on the joints. Class takes place in the shallow end and swimming skills are not required. A Well-Worth-It wellness experience.
Tuesdays, Thursdays 7:00-7:45 pm
Fridays 9:30-10:30 am
A Zumba water workout is born. This invigorating Zumba pool party integrates many different Latin rhythms to create a challenging and fun aqua workout. Ditch the workout. Come join the pool party.
Mondays-Fridays 11:00-12 noon
Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am
An exercise class conducted in the warm water pool set at a temperature ranging from 89-92 degrees. Conducting the class in warm water helps to increase blood flow and ease stiffness. Participants benefit from a routine that allows joints to be worked without the stress that is associated with dry land. This class is a combination of low impact aerobic exercise as well as yoga-type stretching movements.
