The J Biggest Winner

Make your personalized fitness goals a reality in 2013!


The 2013 Biggest Winner Event
kicks off Sunday, March 3!

Last year 100 people participated in this
get fit event, so don't miss out in 2013!

Our ever-so popular J Member fitness challenge returns by popular demand. This year’s Biggest Winner program goes under the knife to include some team-oriented challenges and more individual result-driven programming. This year do not simply make a simple resolution to lose weight or get into better shape; let the group exercise team help you make your health and wellness goals a reality. As part of the J fitness community there is no need to do it alone. Lose inches your way at the J. Commit to Winning with J Group Fitness programs in 2013. You too can be the Biggest Winner.

NEW RULES FOR 2013

There will be three categories this year.
Participants may register as:

  1. Competitive: die-hard athlete training for marathon, or other sports events. These participants will have their body fat measured at the beginning and end of the contest. Winning team will be judged on most body fat lost as well as most minutes logged on their charts.
  2. Recreational: For the "regular" workout routine- log your minutes each day & work your way into the best shape ever!
  3. Active Aging Adults: Age 65 plus

NEW THIS YEAR

  1. Rules will be posted on a large poster by S&F Welcome Desk.
  2. One winning team will be chosen from each category.
  3. Maximum of five members per teamno exceptions. (Any teams over five members will be disqualified.)
