Classes begin the week of September 15. Held Tuesdays 5-6:30pm AND Sundays 4:30-6pm. Open to girls 3rd-5th grade

We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

We Inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using fun, experience based curriculum, which creatively integrates running.

  • The 10 week program, meeting twice a week, challenges and encourages the girls, whatever their fitness level with warm-ups, running workouts and games which teach important life skills.
  • The sessions focus on life lessons in areas such as physical health, respecting yourself and others, nutrition, gratitude, team work and community involvement.
  • The girls choose and conduct a community impact project.
  • The girls will compete in a 5K event to complete their training.
