Gymnastics Winter Camp 2013

Sign your aspiring athlete up for the Youth Athletic Performance Training.  These classes will be taught by one of our professional personal trainers and will work on improving their athletic performance focusing on general conditioning, mobility, strength, and cross-training. These workouts are open for kids ages 8-16 and will meet once a week, on Mondays, for four weeks.

We look forward to helping you get started on your road to fitness success!

(workouts have a minimum of 4 and a max of 8)

(4 week sessions) Mondays at 5:00-6.00 p.m. $100
