The J offers Z-Pilates, a unique program led by certified instructor Zohar Tong. Z-Pilates is based on six core principles: breathing, center, concentration, control flow, movement and precision. We focus on strengthening and lengthening your muscles to help you lead an all-around healthier lifestyle.

Meet our newest instructor, Helen Burnell
Helen has over 15 years of experience and wants to share the benefits of Pilates, including muscular development and postural alignment, with others. Helen has a commitment to assisting others with their pursuit of a healthy mind, body, and spirit as a STOTT Pilates instructor.
Helen is happy to be a part of the JCC Pilates team and hopes to share her love for health and wellness through her classes.
