Sept. 9th to Sept.30th

Sign your athlete up for the new J Speed, Strength, and Agility workouts.  These classes will be taught by one of our personal trainers and will work on improving  their over all athletic performance by focusing on general conditioning, mobility, strength, and cross-training. These workouts are open for kids ages 8-16 and will meet once a week, on Mondays, for four weeks.

We look forward to helping you get started on your road to fitness success!

Member Price: $100.00  

(4 week sessions) Mondays at 5:00-6.00 p.m.
