Defend yourself against the most common grabs and holds. Learn how to use self-confidence and self-esteem to prevent attacks. Join Martial Arts expert Enrique Welcher for an eight week self-defense course. Coach Welcher’s martial arts legacy links to the State Wingate Institute, Israel National. Mr. Welcher’s additional accolades include World Champion at the World Championship held in Spain in 2007 and he developed the Israeli Krav-Hagana Technique.
