Power Up your lunch time Workouts — Join Terri at 11:45 am every Monday for her Box/Bell/Bar Class. Get ready for some heart pumping cardio box combos. Complete with collective core and tush-toning booty blasting segments resulting in burning mega calories. Then move into mid-week with Amy’s Wednesday Flow yoga class. Amy’s smooth teaching style will have you comfortably moving from posture to posture as if you were dancing with a star. Flow, Sweat and Move towards a fitter you during your lunch hour.

Box/Bell/Barre
Monday     11:45 am-12:45 pm
This class is all about getting your heart pumping with ­cardio box punching and kicking combos. Let your heart rate skyrocket as you move into tush-toning, booty-blasting segments. Then get to the collective core and burn mega calories with some light kettlebell flow exercises. What a blast!

Flow Yoga 
Wednesday     11:45 am-12:45 pm
Are you ready to try a different type of resistance training? Students move from one posture to another in a continual flow linked together with breath. All fitness levels are welcomed.
