It's easy to become a J Member!

For your convenience, the J accepts membership applications in person, by mail, online or by fax. Please click here to download the membership application or click here to join online.

• Payment in full by cash (in person only), check, VISA or MasterCard.

• Monthly Automatic Bank Drafts and VISA or MasterCard Credit Card Drafts (12 equal payments per year) are available. If paying monthly, you must complete an Application for Electronic Fund Transfer. If you are paying by credit card simply fill it out and click the submit button. If you are paying via bank drafts, either mail it or bring it to the front desk, along with the first month's payment, for processing, along with a voided check and deposit slip.

• Whether you pay online or in person, you will need to stop by the Sports & Fitness Welcome Desk to have your JCC membership card made for photo identification purposes.
