Winter Yoga Solstice

5:15 - 6:15 pm | Social happy hour: 5 - 7 pm

Join us as we celebrate the launch of the new season. According to international Chinese medicine, winter months relate to slowing down, finding stillness, and reflecting. This special slow flow yoga class will be performed under heat lamps to live sweet percussion in our peaceful outdoor campus environment. Find warming comfort afterwards at our social gathering where we'll serve light, healthy snacks and apple cider! Led by Debbi Levy & Diane Barriere with Len Barnet live on percussion.

Say good-bye to 2017. Find harmony and gratitude for another year completed. Join us at the J for our slow flow yoga class format as we count down 2017. Together we will drive community, mindfulness, and feel inspired to set your intentions for 2018. Led by Stephanie Wallace.
