A message from our Directors

Dear Community,

I am thrilled to share with you what truly sets JPAS apart from all other programs. Every year, I seek to capture the essence of our unique offering, and today, I can confidently say, we’ve found it.

JPAS is not just about teaching young performers the arts of singing, dancing, and acting, although we are privileged to work with some of the finest theater professionals in the DFW area. What makes JPAS truly extraordinary is our unwavering commitment to weaving mindful moments and a personalized approach into our curriculum. We foster a theater community where every child not only learns but is genuinely seen, heard, and loved. This exceptional approach significantly boosts our actors’ confidence and nurtures their social and emotional development. Our dedicated staff constantly seizes every opportunity to transform ordinary moments into profound teaching experiences.

Our upcoming production of “The Lion King JR.,” a Tony award-winning masterpiece, brims with meaningful themes that resonate deeply with our core beliefs. It imparts life lessons that underscore the importance of growing strong through adversity, cherishing the bonds of community, family, and friendship, and instilling values of resilience and accountability in thoughts, words, and actions.

Throughout our weekly rehearsals, we will actively explore these themes through thought-provoking discussions, meditation, and education. These dialogues will seamlessly integrate with the artistic skills your children will acquire, such as the subtleties of story and character development, the authentic expression of emotions, and the art of telling stories through song and dance, among others.

With this all-encompassing perspective, we aim to forge an unbreakable bond within our JPAS community. We wholeheartedly encourage our students to view life from fresh, enlightening angles, to express themselves unreservedly, and to learn profoundly from one another.

Being a part of JPAS is not just about participating in a performance; it is an incredibly enriching experience and a thoughtfully designed journey that imparts stage and life skills. These skills will resonate and guide your child’s “circle of life” indefinitely.

I wholeheartedly urge you to enroll your child in this remarkable production. And if you could, please help us extend the reach of JPAS by sharing our mission with others. Let’s open our special secret to the world and invite them into our exceptional community.

Together, let’s make JPAS an experience that will resonate profoundly in your child’s heart, a journey that will leave an indelible mark. Thank you for being a cherished part of our extraordinary community.

Shine Bright,
