How Sensory Sessions Work

Sensory Sessions are child-led, open-gym-style playtimes designed for neurodivergent children. These sessions provide a safe, welcoming environment where children can move, explore, regulate, and connect at their own pace.

Parents or caregivers stay with their child as they explore the gym and choose the activities that interest them, from swinging on the bars and jumping on the tumble track to playing with the mats and other gymnastics equipment. There is no set agenda or expectation; children are encouraged to participate in whatever feels comfortable and enjoyable for them.
