Polikoff has held leadership roles at Jewish Federations across the country, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, where he oversaw operations, security, IT, and facilities for a 100-acre campus. His experience also includes roles as CEO of Jewish Akron (Federation), President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Nevada, Director of Donor Stewardship for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, and Southwest Regional Director for AIPAC. His expertise in strategic leadership, relationship building, and strengthening Jewish communities makes him an ideal fit for the Aaron Family JCC.

In addition to Polikoff's appointment, the Aaron Family JCC is pleased to announce the promotion of Tara Ohayon to Chief Operating Officer. Ohayon has been an integral part of the Aaron Family JCC for many years, playing a key role in shaping the organization's early childhood, camp, and community engagement programs. Her deep institutional knowledge, strong leadership, and passion for building connections will be invaluable as the organization moves forward.
