Let J Dallas customize your birthday party. There would be a flat base fee, plus the additional cost of custom items chosen for your birthday party. Package includes Party host+1 staff. Additional staff will be required based on the number of guests attending the party. Base rate: $500 minimum.
dance party
Choose from a Dance Party, Tap, Jazz or Ballet, hip-hop or Cheerleading Party or even a Glow in the Dark Dance party. Pick the dance style and we will teach the routine or work with you to create the choreography. Let our professional dance instructors take you on a high-energy adventure. All guests will perform at the end of the party.
- Tippy Toes Ballet Party: This party is for our tiniest ballerinas! Dance as a Ballet Princess with tutus and crowns. Learn dances to fun ballet music. Play ballet inspired games that involve unicorns and castles. Become a ballet princess and save the unicorn while traveling through an obstacle course. Ballerinas will get their very own tutus, sprinkled with fairy dust before the fun begins! We will tell stories, dance and have magic wands and games for all!
- Creative Movement (2-3 years): Parachute games, bean bags, balls, movement music: marching, hopping, skipping and jumping. Work with a skilled dance instructor to customize your dance party to your child’s age appropriate skill level and preferences.
- Props & Ribbons (3-4years): Dance to music using different props such as ribbons, scarfs, wands, maracas, and balloons. Dance with neon props such as neon bracelets and necklaces and everything neon.
- Hip Hop (5-6 years): Learn basic hip hop moves to age-appropriate music: Limbo: Take turns dancing under the limbo stick., Freeze dance, line dances and costume changes.
- Gimme a P-A-R-T-Y: This is your chance to shout and stomp it out! Learn cheers, chants, jumps and dances with actual cheerleaders! Girls will receive their own set of pompoms and mini-megaphone to decorate and take home. We even add a special cheer with your birthday child’s name!
gymnastics party
You will have a flippin' good time during our gymnastics party. Tumble, bend and twist on our equipment. A gymnastics adventure will be experienced by all with cheers, smiles, games, challenges and celebration. Children will learn and refine their jumping, balancing, swinging, rolling and partying skills. All activities are customized to the ages and abilities of your child so that everyone has a safe and fantastic time. Led by one of our talented gymnastics staff members, kids will have a great time.
carnival party
Fun carnival style games, variety of game options, a bounce house, bright decorations and delicious snow cones, popcorn and your choice of face painter or glittered tattoo artist. Your carnival themed birthday party will be one you’ll always remember.
Color War Party (Maccabiah)
Looking for an entertaining, exciting and competitive birthday party package? The Color War Party is the way to go! Choose from a variety of game options, races and competitions for 2-4 teams. Color War is a friendly and fun competition. Participants will be divided into teams; each team is assigned a color. Ooh-la-la… feather boas, tutus, pearls and pooches! Who doesn’t love to be fancy? This tea party is all about being fancy in the most delightful ways. We will dress up, partake in a craft, and use fancy words all while we have tea! It is going to be tres, tres, exciting, darling!
Color War Party (Maccabiah)

All Star Sports Party
Do you have a sports fanatic in your family? Whether you want to play football, basketball, kickball or gaga we can organize friendly competitions for your child and their friends. Activities will be hosted in our indoor gymnasium or on our multipurpose field. Your choice of sports with our coaches is sure to get you the GOLD!
- Basketball: Let you child be a "hot shot" on the court.
- Soccer: Score the winning goal on the field.
- Softball: Hit a "homerun" for your athlete.
- Tennis: ACE it, on the court!

Cooking Party
Become a “chef” for the day. Learn easy and fun recipes than taste-test them with your friends.
- Cake Wars Party: Be a chef for a day, decorate you own chef’s apron and design a birthday cake. The kids will be split up into two teams and will decorate two birthday cakes or cupcakes for Cake Wars. Teams will be judged by parents at the AFJCC staff and one team will be awarded “Cake Wars Champions.”

Bring a touch of Music to your child's next birthday party! You bring the kids, and we will bring the music, the teacher, sound equipment, props, and age-appropriate instruments for all to play! This is a 45-minute music and movement party, and then we do cake and snacks! We can choose songs based on your theme or the birthday child's favorite songs. EVERYONE, from child to grandparent is encouraged to sing and dance during our music party!

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
All birthday parties include:
• 30-minutes for setup before the party
• 2-hours of party time
• 30-minutes for cleanup after the party
A dedicated Party Host will be assigned to assist you throughout your event.

Specific amenities vary by party type.
Yes. Everyone attending the party counts toward your total guest count, including the
birthday child and their family members, JCC members, and non-members.
Yes. Even though members already have facility access, they are still included in your
party's guest count because:
• A reserved party area is being held specifically for your event.
• Party staffing and supervision are based on total attendance.
Additional staffing fees may apply depending on the party type.
For pool parties, additional lifeguards are required once attendance exceeds 25 people
Yes. Outside food is permitted. Vegetarian and dairy foods are allowed.
Meat products are not permitted.
Absolutely! Please note that we do not provide refrigeration.
Cakes should be brought in a cooler if temperature control is needed.
Yes. Please note that glass containers and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Coolers are welcome.
Yes. We are happy to provide ice upon request.
No. The JCC does not provide refrigerator or freezer space for party food, beverages, cakes,
or desserts. Please plan accordingly and bring coolers if needed.
Yes! Popular decorations include balloons, tablecloths, centerpieces, and birthday
banners.
Yes. We do not allow the use of:
• Nails
• Screws
• Staples
• Confetti
• Glitter
All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the party.
Not necessarily. Our children's tables are in excellent condition and generally do notrequire tablecloths.
Yes. All non-members attending the party must complete the required waiver before
entering the facility.
Simply send us your guest list using the template provided. We will check waiver status,
monitor completion progress, and let you know who still needs to complete the waiver.
Outdoor pool parties are subject to weather conditions. There is no indoor backup location
available due to scheduled programming.
If weather causes the outdoor pool to close, we will work with you to reschedule your party
based on availability.
At the first sign of thunder or lightning, or if lightning is tracked within 10 miles, outdoor
pools will be cleared and remain closed for 30 minutes after the last strike of lightning or
clap of thunder. The outdoor deck will be kept clear for the duration of the weather closure.
Once those 30 minutes are over without anymore lightning tracked within 10 miles, the
pool and deck will open back up.
In the event of heavy rain, wind, or thick fog, the pools may be temporarily closed if the
bottom cannot be clearly seen. They will open back up as soon as weather permits.
While closures due to fecal or vomit incidents are unpredictable and never desired, we
understand the inconvenience they may cause. Our team will always strive to
accommodate your party to the best of our ability. If we are unable to do so, a full
refund will be issued. In cases where certain features or amenities originally included in
your booking are unavailable, a partial discount will be provided to reflect the reduced
experience. However, if the closure is a result of your party not adhering to our facility
policies, such as failure to follow double diapering requirements or consuming food in the
pool area, no refund or discount will be issued, and the party must be paid in full.
