Speedflex
High intensity without the impact. Speedflex machines respond to the force you apply, so a 75-year-old and a college athlete can train side by side at full effort and both walk out without soreness.
How It Works
Traditional resistance machines load one direction and let you return under control. Speedflex machines have a free-motion bar that requires force through the entire movement, in both directions. Every basic exercise becomes a bigger, more complex movement using opposing muscle groups.
The machine only gives back what you give it. Push hard and it resists hard; ease off and it eases off. That is what makes it safe for beginners and brutal for athletes in the same session, and why the usual next-day soreness mostly does not happen.
